Architectural elements are all modular, modeled in 3dsmax and textured using Substance Designer+Painter. For sculptures I took scanned data of famous sculptures from public domain. (sketchfab.com/britishmuseum), made a tool in Houdini to generate LODs quickly.
Made a smart material for Sculptures in Painter and baked them into game ready assets.
For trees I used Speed Tree and plugged textures that I took from Megascans. Also used some photogrammetric rocks from Kite Demo and Mega Scans.
I used Automatic Landscape Material and replaced most of its textures with my own, except the generic rock texture.
